Spouse's name: Mary Ann
Career of Occupation: Auditor/Price Analyst (Retired). Now a bus driver.
Spouse's Career or Occupation: Interior Decorator's Girl Friday/Home based business.
States I have lived in: North Dakota, Indiana, Minnesota. Favorite state: Indiana
Hobbies: Community Involvement, Retirement Activities. Special Interests: Skiing, swimming, bowling, motorcycling, delivering vans and motor homes cross-country.
Scoutmaster for five years, Treasurer of men's religious organization, reading.
Children: Eric (wife Debbie); Earl; (wife Jennifer); Anita (husband Tom)
Grandchildren: Cassie, 6; Cody, 4; and one on the way.

Our family first moved to Grand Forks. I attended the University of North Dakota. Summer popcorn sales paid most of tuition. I graduated in 1952 from School of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and minor is ROTC. I got a reserve commission in the Air Force. Two years active duty, most active duty in South Bend, Indiana at audit office at Bendix Aviation Corp. I took a Civil Service job in the same office in 1954. Marrying Mona from North Carolina in 1958, we continued living in South Bend. We had three children: Eric in 1960, Earl in 1962 and Anita in 1965.

Mona divorced me for greener pastures in 1970. I then bought a duplex apartment and lived downstairs and rented the upstairs. After eight years of child support and being relatively footloose, I met my wonderful wife Mary Anne, who also has two boys and a girl. We have been busily, happily married ever since April 1980. Mary Anne has been seriously involved in Pro-Life activities around abortion clinics. She was arrested at least 10 times in different parts of the US while trying to save unborn children.

My three kids are now all happily married and I have two grand children with another on the way. Mary Anne's children have made her a grandmother 17 times! We have been attending Calvary Temple (where we were married) - a large Assembly of God church in South Bend ever since 1980. I keep busy driving a school bus about 40 weeks per year.
