Surviving are two brothers, Jerome Nord of Chandler and Sylvester Nord of Ferdinand, and four sisters, Edna Roll of Cincinnati, Ohio, Velma Grundhoeffer of Mariah Hill, Bernice Smith of Evansville, and Vernita Lueken of Ferdinand.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Francis Nord, and a sister Loretta Nord.
Mr. Nord was a World War II Veteran and served in the European Theater.
The funeral was held Friday in St. Benedict Catholic Church, Waterford, Mich. Burial was at All Saints Cemetery in Waterford.
