Let me give you my son, my inspiration, my love of music, nature and life…
Adam James Tripp was born in Lexington, Kentucky on October 28, 1990. Smart, funny, witty, inspirational, compassionate, talented and loved by everyone who knew him. Schooled at Trix elementary in Detroit, Henry Ford Elementary in Ypsilanti, Willow Run Middle, West Middle and Ypsilanti High School in Ypsilanti, MI.
He was well versed in the English language even when he would use words nobody else was using, you understood the meaning. He was very musically talented, he played clarinet in middle school, then percussion instruments in high school. He also picked up the bass, the electric and acoustic guitars. He could play a keyboard with ease.
Adam was quite the character also, he was involved in drama in high school and through out his life. His talents never ended, he always had a way of bringing out the best in all of us. Adam would walk into a room and you would light up with happiness just to see him. He had a way of making people feel good, even when he wasn't feeling quite so good himself. Adam's love and devotion to his family, friends and especially his fiancé, Chelsea was unsurpassed.
He touched each and every one of us in so many ways, may he now rest in peace with his brother, David Andrew Tripp, Aunt Kay, Uncle Skip, Uncle Jim, Great Grandmas and Great Grandpas and all who have gone before us.
Adam is survived by his mother; Ann Renee Tripp, father; Kevin Owen Tripp, sister; Valerie Ann Tripp, brother; Timothy Daniel Tripp, fiancé Chelsea Ann Kirk and his dog Slash.
I now pray for peace for all of us.
