Virginia was born a twin, second to Karen Annabelle Wyman Bageman. They had an older brother William Lee Wyman. They were raised in Two Dot, Montana 59085. Virginia rode horses and raised chickens. She attended the St Mary's boarding school for girls in MN and then went to the University of Montana graduating with a degree in Pharmacology. She was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma fraternity, 2nd legacy to Katherine Lee Wyman her mother. She then moved to Honolulu, Hawaii where she worked as a Pharmacist for 3 years. With her dark long hair and dark tan skin many people thought she was a native. She then moved back to Montana and met Cortney Lee Erickson and was married in Billings, MT on June 06, 1963. When she was pregnant with her first set of twins, they bought a house at 1507 Lilac Lane, Liberty Lake, WA which they called Toad Hall. They had a second child, Samantha Lee Erickson 02/14/1967 and in 1971 moved the family to 13643 62nd Ave. N.E., Kirkland, WA on Lake Washington. They bought and ran together the Seattle Sky Ride from Don Adams. Our family spent many happy years sailing on their boat Karesta (Sweetheart in Swedish) around the Puget Sound. Virginia loved to bake homemade bread weekly, make pottery, sail, swim and ski. As a high school student she won a national marksman competition. She was working at Group Health Hospital as a Pharmacist when she had a heart attack due to a tumor. She died surrounded by her parents and siblings. Her ashes were released into the water in Parks Bay on Shaw Island, WA.
