She was married on September 4, 1928 in Cuyahoga County, Ohio to George Walter Streator (1902-1955), the son of (ca 1871-1922) and Minnie L (Knight) Streator (1876–1963).
Living at #70 LaSalle Street in New York city, Olive was 67 years old and a widow when she passed away suddenly on December 6, 1972.
Preceded in death by her husband George, she was survived by her son George D Streator, sister Mrs James A McLendon, brother Lieutenant General Benjamin O Davis Jr and many cousins and friends.
Funeral Services were held at Saint Mary's Church on West 126th Street, and burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery, Bronx, New York.
