Jessie Irene Jones

MARION - Jessie Irene Hudkins, age 75, of Marion, passed away early Wednesday morning, Nov. 22, 2006, at Marion Manor Nursing Center.

Jessie was born in Weston, W. Va., on Jan. 18, 1931, to Vernon and Vircha (Parsons) Hudkins.

Coming from a large family, she was preceded in death by a son, Howard Jones, and her five brothers and four (three) sisters.

She had been employed at the former Tecumseh Products Co. and was a devoted homemaker and mother.

Surviving are three sons, Thomas Jones of Marion, Harley Jones of Upper Sandusky and Cliff (Judy) Jones of Florida; her daughter, Jennifer Kavanagh of Missouri; 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

In keeping with Jessie's wishes, no visitation or funeral services will be held. Her family will take her to Weston, W. Va., for burial in the Broad Run Cemetery.
