St. Augustine, Fla. — Elizabeth Ann (Betty) Estill Abney Duvall entered Heaven's gates during the twilight hours of July 19, 2022 .

Betty was born on July 31, 1944, to George and Marjorie Ann Estill in Maysville, Ky.

Besides her husband, Thomas J. Duvall, she was predeceased by her father, George Estill; and her beloved grandparents, Mary Elizabeth Weber Perraut and Andrew Perraut.

Betty is survived by her mother, Marjorie Ann Perraut Estill; her sister, Mary Jane Estill; her brother, Andrew Francis (Frank) Estill (Libby); her daughters, Lori Abney Gorham (Gregory) and Shelly Abney Stinson; her sons, Michael Andrew Abney (Michelle) and Gregory Abney. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Jacob Abney, Delaney Ward, Reilly Ward and Jackson Abney, Kyle Stansberry; and one great-grandchild Juno Carrick. She also leaves cousins, nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at St. Patrick Church in Maysville, on Aug. 6, 2022, at 11 a.m., followed by burial in St. Patrick Cemetery in Washington.
