Gracie was a wonderful person. She was generous and kind and never quite appreciated in her time. Even though, she raised four sons alone and faithfully worshiped her God, right to the end. When her friends couldn't reach her, a welfare check was done, only to find Gracie (who had been ill with pneumonia - which happened every winter) deceased, and propped up in bed with her Bible opened before her and a smile on her face. Gracie was my friend and I miss her every day - and will continue to do so till I get to join her!
