The Power of Prayer - November 26, 2013
Posted: November 26, 2013 | Last Revised: November 26, 2013

My great grandson was born blind. When he was 3 months old, Darlene was visiting with me and my family.

When Darlene looked at him and saw his eyes rolling and unfocused, she laid hands on his carrier and prayed a simple prayer, "Father, you healed my nephews eyes and I'm asking that you do the same for this baby". His eyes quit rolling and moved in unison for the first time and has been doing so ever since. Her faith was undeniable!

I am so grateful for the lifetime of stories that I've shared with Darlene and am thankful that her suffering is now over.

Rest in peace, dear friend!
