Melody Rose Moriarity, age 61, of Marion passed away Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Marion Towers.
On August 11, 1961 Melody was born in Huntington, Indiana, the daughter of the late Pat Moriarity and Joyce Lee Brockup. Melody received her education from Snider High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana the class of 1979.
Melody was a full-time grammy who loved to watch and play with her grandbabies. When she wasn't watching her grandbabies she was hitting the road to go shopping.
Left to cherish her memory is her sons: Andrew and Tyler; grandchildren Emma, Rylee, Leona, Chelsea, Nathaniel, Rachel and AJ; brothers: Ken, Dan, Matt, Terry, and Steve; sisters: Tabitha, Moncia, Connie, Becky, Trina, and Pamela,; special friends and caretakers: Ashley (Ryan) Whitaker; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents Melody was preceded in death by her brother, David.
