Amy was a farm wife and had been a bookkeeper for Eisner's in Lafayettte for 17 years, retiring in 1972. She drove a Dayton school bus in the late 1940's. She lived in Detroit before moving to Mulbery- Dayton area in 1941. She was a member of Trinity United Church of Christ.
She was born Dec 5, 1909 in Ward County N.D. to Alanson J. Parks and Grace Puterbaugh Parks. She Married John F. Lucas in Ohio on December 15, 1927 and he died Mar 22, 1970.
One sister, Esther Collins of Pentwater, Mich. and several nieces and nephews survive.
Two sisters, Viola & Merl and one brother, Glenn Parks and her parents precede her in death.
Amy did not have childern.
Services were held at 10:30 am Friday in Bodine-Brown Funeral home, Mulbery. Burial is in Green Lawn Cemetery.
