His father was born TN, his mother in MO. Sarah E. BYRNE was age 18, born TN, both parents born TN.
William Green Byrn, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth Meacham were married 07-Oct-1877 in Lauderdale County. They had no children. After the death of Green, Sarah married Leland Robert Beard on 29-Jan-1899 who died shortly afterwards in April 1900. Her third husband was David H. Wilson who she married on 06-Nov-1900. David Wilson had children from his previous marriage to Hattie Brice.
Sarah Elizabeth Meacham was the daughter of Jesse Madison Meacham (born Chatham Co. NC) and Mary Frances Wardlaw (born Haywood Co., TN). They were married 04-Mar-1855 in Lauderdale County.
It is unknown why William Green Byrn had the suffix Sr., unless he and Sarah had a son who did not survive. However, the 1910 census shows that Sarah Meacham Wilson had given no births.
