Mr. Kutsulis was born Dec. 18, 1964, in Chicago and had lived in Cheyenne since 1973. He was the maitre d' at Cloud Nine Restaurant for 16 years, worked at the Mayflower, the Lucky 7, and was a conductor for the Union Pacific Railroad for three years.
He also enjoyed karate, cooking and motorcycles.
Mr. Kutsulis is survived by two sons, Jason G. Kutsulis of Cheyenne and Zach D. Kutsulis of Washington; his parents, Louis P. and Kathleen Kutsulis of Cheyenne; and four sisters, Anna M. Colony of Wisconsin, Deirdre J. Johnson of Cheyenne, Amy Kutsulis of Utah, and Cindy Kutsulis of Cheyenne.
