Kingham graduated from the University of Wyoming and was a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
He married Lillian Sparks Nov. 3, 1928.
He was a the mayor of Cheyenne for two terms beginning in 1966. He worked for Asher Wyoming Wholesale Co. for 29 years before city government.
Kingham was a member of the 32nd degree Masons, a Shriner, the Cheyenne Optimist Club, a founding member of the Cheyenne Junior Chamber of Commerce and St. Christopher's Epsicopal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Lillian Kingham of Cheyenne; a son, George Kingham of Cheyenne; a daughter, Lynn Brannan of Casper; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Irene Rock; a brother, Walter Kingham; and a grandson, John Brannan.
