ANDREW F. FRIEDLY, aged 86 years, died at his home at Glen Furney, Saturday evening at 5:30 o'clock. Infirmities of old age was the cause of death.
He was born at Ringgold, the son of Jacob and Fannie (Newcomer) Friedly. At the age of two years his family moved to the Nunnery and he spent most of his life there with the exception of two years in the west. In 1890 he was married to Mary C. Snowberger and later moved to Glen Furney where he had since lived.
He was a member of the German Baptist Church at Price's.
He is survived by his wife and one daughter, Martha, at home, and one brother, Samuel L., of Freeport, Fl.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the home and further services at the German Baptist Church at Price's in charge of Revs. H. G. Benedict and Samuel F. Repp. Burial will be made at Price's.
