SIGLER,ROBERT E. SR., of Waterford, went home to be with the Lord March 25, 2005 at 67 years of age.
Beloved husband of 42 years to Sylvia. Loving father of Robert E. Sigler Jr., Richard (Halina) Sigler, Lora (James) Cook and the late Kenneth Sigler.
Dearest grandfather of Eric, Shawn, Kristina, Allen, Zbyszek, Ania, Sarah and Rebekah.
Brother of William (Linda) Sigler, Jerry (Linda) Sigler, the late Karen Tait and the late Susan Scott; brother in law of Fergus Tait, Randall Scott, Richard (Judy) Wallis, James Wallis and William (Roiann) Wallis.
Also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Robert will also be missed by special friend George Smith and constant companion his dog Sassy.
Mr. Sigler was a Sgt. in the U.S. Marine Corps. and served during the Korean War. He was a member of DAV, American Legion, and Waterford Church of Christ. He retired from Pontiac Motors after 20 years of service. He enjoyed fishing and ham radio operation.
Funeral Service: Wednesday, March 30, 2005 at 11:00 a.m. at Waterford Church of Christ, 4991 Williams Lake Road. David Parks and Tom Sturgeon Ministers officiating. Internment will take place at a later date in Great Lakes National Cemetery .
Visitation: Tuesday 3:00 - 5:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Coats Funeral Home, Waterford.
