THIS BIO IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND THANKS FOR YOUR PATIENCE

Dorothy Eloise was born to Guy Davis Lipsey & Deress Ida Cook. From this union, they were also blessed with Lema Earle Lipsey & Mavis Marie Lipsey.

Dorothy was a gorgeous little girl and loved by many. She and her sister Mavis Marie were close and shared and confided in each other. They were more than just sister's, they were best friends too! They spent their time together as much as possible.

Marie was always talking about Dorothy, and telling us how much she missed her. There now are both together again, cradled in the arms of Jesus.

Their lives were hard and struggling issues always popping up to cope and deal with. Dorothy died at 12 years old from a common illness for us today, pneumonia. In those days, many died from it.

Wasn't too long after that, that Marie left the home to make her way and footprints in the world.

Note: Dover Cemetery is out in the Country and farm dirt roads, but passable if it's not rained. It was so peaceful there, birds singing and the cows mooing!
