Stephen H Jencks, 57, of Pinehurst Avenue, died Sunday at Rhode Island Hospital, Providence. He was the husband of the late Leilani C, (Sherman)Jencks.
Born in Warwick, he was a son of the late Merrill C. Jencks Sr. and Lillian G. (Maxwell) Jencks. He was a life long resident of Warwick.
He was the loving father of Margaret L. Jencks and Debra Ann Jencks, both of Warwick; caring brother of Ruth C. Viera of Marietta, Ga,Rose Marie Vierra of Warwick and the late Merrill C. Jencks Jr., Samuel L. Jencks, Harold D. Jencks, Richard E. Jencks, William Jencks, Robert Jencks, Dorothy M Miller, Barbara L Macera, Anna M. Jencks and Mary Ellen Jencks.
His funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Urquhart-Murphy Funeral Home, 800 Greenwich Ave, Route 5, Greenwood, Warwick (exit 12a on I-95) Burial will follow in Pawtuxet Memorial Park, Warwick. Relitives and Friends are invited and may call Friday 9:30-11:00 am.
