Alfred was the son of the late Ceaser & Delphine (Torrey)Goslin, he was the second child out of six children. Alfred married Charlotte Ann Fournier June 29,1915 and they had fourteen children:
Ila, Dorothy, Helen, Felice, Harold, Aloysius, Evelyn, Clarence, Jane, Kieth, Patrick, Joseph, MaryAnn & Connie.
Preceding him in death were an infant son Joseph(1935) and son Clarence(1948).

Alfred was my great grandfather, his son Harold was my grandfather.

Dies Saturday
Alfred J Goslin of Gagetown died Saturday at his home. He had been ill for nine months.
Funeral services were held Tuesday morning at St Agatha's church in Gagetown, of which he was a memeber. Rev. Glenn W Cronkite officiated. Rosary devotions were held Monday night at the Hunter Funeral Home.
Mr Goslin moved to Tuscola County 59 years ago. He was born in Fair Haven, Mich, Mar 12, 1887. On June 29, 1915 in St Agatha Church he married Lottie Fournier, who survives.
Other survivors include; eight daughters Mrs Leo Seurynek, Mrs Gary Goebel, Mrs Lee Wood, Mrs Frank Vermursch, Mrs Wayne Greyerviehl, Mrs K Pavelscu, Mary Ann, Connie; four sons Harold, Aloysious, Keith, Patrick a brother Julius, two sisters Mrs Vida Karmer, Mrs Delphine Abendo and 24 grandchildren.
