Bertha was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary(Sturm)Baur, she was oldest child out of seven children.
Bertha graduated from Bay Port High School in 1936 and she was the Salutatorian, she also graduated in 1939 from Bethesda Nursing School in Cincinnati Ohio to become a Registered Nurse.
Bertha married Ervin Strieter March 4, 1940 in Ohio, he died Dec 26, 1984, they had three children Richard, Allen and Mary.
Bertha later married Edward Belanger who died in 1994.
Survivors are her two sons Richard and Allen; son in law Kenneth Paulin; six grandchildren Heidilyn, Neil, Michael, Marissa, John, Dean and Jason; one great grandson Jackson; several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death was her first husband Ervin; second husband Edward; daughter Mary; two sisters Clara and Alice and her brother Paul.
Services were conducted by Rev James Gorsegner.
