Mrs. Faulkner passed this life on September 4, 2009 in Sallisaw, Oklahoma after having attained the age of 94 years, 8 months, and 18 days.
Survivors are:

David and Nancy Faulkner of Tallassee, Fl.
2 daughters and 1 son in law: Wilma Long of Wichita, Ks., Virginia and Alvin Brewer of Sallisaw, Ok.
