William died at home of natural causes. Born in Baltimore, he was a long time resident of Westchester. He graduated from Penn State and received advance degrees from NYU and Cornell. He was a member of Tau Beta Pi and Triangle Fraternity. He served in the US Air Force during WWII. He was a professional engineer who worked at Hughes Helicopters, Sikorsky and McDonald Douglas, and was a research engineer and president of Datatrace, Inc. He is survived by his wife, Anne, their sons William, John and Richard, their wives, Judeth and Susan; his grandchildren Lindsay, Scott, Kevin, Sean, Jason, and Kaitlyn.
