SGT. ALFRED NOLAND (USA-Ret.), 70, of 736 Loeb died at 10 p.m. Tuesday at Memphis Veterans Hospital. Memphis Funeral Home has charge. He was a World War II veteran and a Baptist. He leaves two sisters, Mrs. Lois Sumrall and Miss Ethel Noland, both of Memphis, and three brothers, R.C. Noland and Woodrow Noland, both of Memphis, and Charles Noland of Crowder, Miss.
