Born in Elizabeth City, N.C., she was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and a life member of the Moose Lodge, Chapter No. 157. She was predeceased by her mother, Anne Holland, and son-in-law, Wes Snell.
She is survived by her husband, LCDR Vincent W. Jankosky, USN retired; a daughter, Bonnie Snell of Norfolk; two sons, E.W. ``Bill'' Jankosky and his wife, Barbara, of Chesapeake and M.T. ``Mike'' Jankosky and his wife, Patricia, of Virginia Beach; eight grandchildren, Shelly, John, Billy, Bobby, Bev, Tina, Dee Dee and Tucker; nine great-grandchildren - soon to be 10; two sisters, Mildred Pellizzon of Bonita, Calif., and Elizabeth Coward of Norfolk; and two brothers, William C. Ralph of Columbia, N.C., and J. Robert Ralph of Norfolk.
A funeral will be held at 7 p.m. Monday by Father Edward L. Richardson at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Tidewater Drive Chapel. Burial will be in Arlington National Cemetery and will be private. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or to St. Pius X. Catholic Church.
