MY GRANDPA
Grandpa was the fifth child out of twelve to be born to James Peter Andersen and Elizabeth Crowther.
He was the Father of Louise Hickman of Las Vegas, NV, Reva Kujda (Deceased) of Toledo, OH, Viola McCleery (Deceased) of Salem, OR Milton Deloy Andersen of Overton and Orvil (Deceased) Andersen Overton, NV. The grandpa of several grandchildren and even more great- grandpa of many.
On the 18th of Sep. 1912 he married Annie Gertrude Rohner in the St. George Utah Temple. They used to tell us how they went by horse and buggy to St. George and had to cross the Muddy River so many times to get there. They ended up staying all night in the Fort as the Indians were on a war path.
Grandma and grandpa were a very religious family and raised their family the same.
He was the best grandpa in the world. When I lived with them and would sometime get homesick grandpa would do many things with me. He would play hide and seek or read to me things like that.
You are missed by all of us so much grandpa. We all have such great memories of things you did with us. They will stay with us forever.
We love you so very much. Take care of Grandma, My mom, Aunt Viola, and Orville and now Aunt Louise until we are all together again.
A VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU TO JANE EUBANKS FOR SPONSORING MY GRANDPA.
I do want to thank each one who visits my grandpa's memorial. I try to thank you personally but sometime I may miss you for one reason or another. It is very much appreciated though.
