Red was an Army veteran of WWII. He had been stationed in England, Belgium, Scotland, and France. After he was discharged he returned home to his family. But about that time he was diagnosed with tuberculous. After a brave and arduous fight, he died at the veterans hospital in Memphis Tennessee. Mama and the family brought him home to be buried at Marvin's Chapel Cemetery just a couple of miles from their home in Pinson Alabama.
*~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~*
1920 United States Census:Springville, St. Clair, Alabama- has Red's father listed as "Marcus A. Aderholt" age 60.
Mother as "Sarah Aderholt" age 49. Sister "Alee Aderholt" age 8.
I will add more information as I am able.
