Born in Va. had 2 other brothers, lived in Clinton County Ind. He married there in Owen Co. Indiana on May 1, 1849 and for sure had one child born and died there perhaps 2 but 2nd baby dint die. Then they moved to Bunker Mo...because as the story goes he got into with his 2 brothers, and never spoke to them again. They had more children and they are buried on the old home place in the cemetery called "Parks Cemetery". Near Toms Creek. His wife is Barbara Ann Fry Parks she is buried there also. He was in 2 wars. His parents came over from Ireland they were scottish, he was a big man. contact me if you have info. on him, [email protected] I am a decendant.
