Winthrop---Word was received this morning of the death of Mrs. Ola (Olive) Courser, 69, of Winthrop, who passed away in a hospital in Deland, Florida, late Sunday evening, Dec. 12, 1948, where she had been seriously ill as the result of a heart attack early in November.
Mrs. Courser was born in Beechertown, near Winthrop, August 25, 1879, one of three daughters of the late George and Emma Johnson Pritchard, who passed away July 17,1932 and December 10 , 1919, respectively. On November 16, 1929, she was married to Ambrose Courser of Winthrop, by the late Reverend Everett Hood, then pastor of the Congregational Church at Winthrop. Mr. Courser passed away at Deland Florida, April 25, 1946, where he and Mrs. Courser were spending the winters since each year since her retirement in 1934.
