When 19 years of age she married George Henry Pritchard and came with him to live on the farm near Fort Jackson. About 21 years ago, they left the farm and came to live in the home where she died.
She was survived by her husband and companion for 54 years, and by two daughters, Mrs. Jay Sheldon of Watertown, and Mrs. Ola Converse of this place. Three grandchildren also survive, Mrs. Ernest Smith of Canton, Lloyd Converse and Miss Mable Converse of Winthrop.
