Warren Earl "Buddy" Morrison was born July 31, 1923, in Seattle, Washington, the son of Earl and Ethel Morrison and younger brother of Helen Louise Morrison. According to his mother, Buddy was "a lovely child – blond curls, big-chested body – very good natured – he could sing early, and 'Dawn of Tomorrow' he'd sing as he tricycled." Buddy had a number of health issues and he died much too soon, at the age of 4.
