WITH HIS PARENTS, William and Rebecca Buck, while A FEW DOORS DOWN is William F. living WITH HIS WIFE Sarah "Elizabeth" and daughter Becky. I believe the two Williams were either cousins or nephew/uncle. They definitely are NOT the same person! William Pinkney Buck died in the Civil War (1862), and our William F. is still alive and well in the 1870 Arkansas Census with his wife and children.

1850 TN census shows him living with his
mother Pemia Buck (widow) and sister Mariah,
older brother Edward lived a few doors away.
The three Buck brothers that lived in TN were
John Buck, Morgan Buck, Ebenezer Buck and an unnamed Buck brother that lived in the household of Ebenezer.
