William Woodrow Moser was born in Crockett, Texas on March 27, 1939. He spent many years living in the greater-Houston area, Groveton, and Kingwood, Texas. Growing up he had a close-knit family with loving parents and three brothers. His family were faithful members of Gospel Assembly throughout the years, beginning in the early days of Port of Houston.

He and his father were in the dump truck business. He did love driving and working on his trucks. He was the kindest person to everyone he met, and always had a quick joke ready for a good laugh.

Also surviving him are his brothers and sister-in-laws, Ernest and Peggy Moser, and Clyde and Etta Moser; his nieces and nephews, Cyndi and Christopher Tlougan, Camille Marshall and Ron Greagrey, Cherie Moser, Crystal and Charlie Newman, Anna Tlougan, Donnis Tlougan, Chance Moser, Cory Perkins, Callie Owen, Chloe Moye, Dawson Tlougan.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodrow and Annie Moser, and his brother James Earl Moser.

William went to be with his savior at the age of 81 years old on January 8, 2021, in Humble, Texas. His wife Jeannie Moser of 37 years joined him shortly thereafter on January 9, 2021.
