NOTE: Date on stove reads 1886, which is the result if you subtract age 50 from 1936. Lloyd give his date of birth on his 1917 draft record as 26 July 1887 and so, that is what is listed here with this explanation.

He is age 30, a self employed carpenter, married with 3 children and of medium height & build with light brown eyes and hair. He takes a deferment due to wife & 3 children.

BENNETT FUNERAL
Funeral services for Lloyd R. Bennett, 50, Scottsbluff, will be held in Knight's chapel Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock. Rev. George S. Bancroft, pastor of the Presbyterian church in Scottsbluff, will be in charge. Interment will be in Fairview cemetery.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Halycon Bennett, five daughters and one son. They are Mrs. Charles McGrew, Tulare, Calif., Mrs. Nels Jensen, Alberta, Pauline, Virginia and Leonard Bennett, all of Scottsbluff. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Warren Bennett of Arcadia, Nebr., also survive.
Other survivors are five brothers, Ray of Arcadia; Roy of Kearney; Fred of Mason City; Ralph of Grand Island; and Dave of Idaho, and two sisters, Mrs. Rosetta Johnson, of Idaho and Mrs. Mattie Apperson of Ansley. One granddaughter, Gloria Lou Jensen of Scottsbluff survives also.
