I am still researching Henry & Victoria Hupp Baker. They were my great grandparents.

Henry married Victoria Hupp on Christmas Day 1881 at Salem, Ohio.

As young newly weds Henry & Victoria lived in nearby Cow Run, Ohio.

At some point between 1880 & 1900 (most likely in the mid 1880's), they moved to Noble County, and by 1900 they had 6 children:

Susie M Baker 1882 – 1951

Lucy Baker 1883 – 1968

Nellie Baker 1886 – 1947

Steven Baker 1888 – 1977

Nancy Baker 1894 – 1924

ALLEN ANDREW BAKER 1896 – 1964

On January 25, 1928, Henry died as the result of "accidental crushed chest walls" due to a automobile accident in Beloit Ohio.

Victoria died Christmas Day 1937. Death certificate gives endocarditis, myocarditis, and acute cardiac decompensation as cause of death, and states she also had lobar pneumonia at the time. Death certificate verifies her parents as Jachariah Hupp and Maria Rhodes.

They are buried together in Grandview Cemetery, Sebring, Ohio per death certificates & headstone. Undertaker for Victoria was Wm Mossman.

PLEASE NOTE:

~Now that ancestry.com is using findagrave as a source, I am finding that some tree owners are going a step further and copying my memorial biographies and adding them as their own stories in their trees, without the source information. PLEASE, if you copy/paste my bios to your ancestry tree or anywhere else, INCLUDE my source information, and a link to the memorial. That way, serious researchers can see where your information comes from and be able to verify it for themselves. These profiles are revised as additional information becomes available and if you have not linked to the memorial, other researchers would have no way of knowing that. Some tree owners are already doing this, and it is very much appreciated.
