FLOYD ALBERT, 89, RETIRED ZELIE RESIDENT, DIES

Floyd W. Albert, 89, of 426 E. Spring St., Zelienople, died Saturday afternoon in his home.

Born March 2, 1887, in Butler County, he was the son of the late Warren and Addie Smith Albert.

He was a member of the Dutilh Methodist Church.

A machinist for Herman Corporation of Zelienople, he retired July 1, 1956, after 47 years of service.

His wife Myrtle B. Lefever Albert, died July 16, 1974. They were married in May 1910, and had lived in the Zelienople area since 1917.

Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Clifford (Audrey) Koch of Rosemeade, Calif., Mrs. George (Leora) Kuhn of Mars R.D. 1, and Mrs. Edward (Evelyn) Kress of Cabot; nine grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and a great-great grandchild; a sister Mrs. E.G. (Evelyn) Hilliard of Meridian.

ALBERT - Friends of Floyd W. Albert of 426 E. Spring St., Zelienople, who died Saturday, May 1, 1976, will be received at the Adrian D. Walters Funeral Home, Mars, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday from the funeral home, with the Rev. John L. McLeister, pastor of the Dulith Methodist Church, officiating. Arrangements by Walters.
