It is unknown who her parents were.
Bessie died as a young woman of 27, and young son Albert would go on to be adopted by Albert and Alice Selby of Carroll County, with whom Bessie also lived as a young girl. She can be found with them as a 12-year old in the 1910 census, but she was not their biological daughter per this census. They no doubt adopted her, though, as her son Albert's obituary states, he was adopted by his maternal grandparents.
T. Young Albert, who would eventually carry the name "Albert Walters Selby," is memorial 67264134. He is linked to his adoptive parents.
