Mr Stansbury had lived in Moberly for 49 years and was in the employ of the Wabash Railroad from 1881 until 1922. For the past six years, he was a janitor at Southeast Park School. He was a member of the First Christian Church.
He was survived by his widow; one son (H. Glenn Stansbury of Moberly); one daughter (Mrs C. C. Dossey of Moberly); two brothers (Charles Stansbury of McPherson, Kansas and William Stansbury of Farmington, Iowa); three sisters (Mrs Belle Pinkerton of Manhattan, Kansas, Mrs Alice Bond of Salem, Iowa, and Jennie Cochran of Mt Sterling, Illinois); and several nieces, nephews, and grandchildren (Roland Stansbury, Benjamin Dossey, and Margaret Dossey of Moberly.
