COLUMBIA CITY Ind. Feb. 11 – Mrs. Susan Chard, formerly of this city, but who for the past few months has resided with the George Rhodes family at Gary, died Tuesday morning from paralysis.
Susan (Dutter) Chard was 64 years old and is survived by two brothers and two sisters, besides Mrs. Rhodes. She was a member of the local Methodist church, the W. R. C. and Rebecca lodge of this city.
The funeral will be held Friday afternoon at Angola from the home of a niece. Mrs. Susan Carpenter. Mr. and Mrs. Cash Holderbaum of this city will attend.
