County Resident Dies at Age of 73
Mrs. O. S. Hinderliter, a native of Dayton and a resident of Reynoldsville the past 33 years, died in the Pennsylvania Memorial Home in Brookville this morning at the age of 73 years. She had been ill 17 years. Mrs. Hinderliter was born February 17, 1881 in Dayton, a daughter of Jacob and Sara Jane Yeager and was united in marriage in 1900 to O. S. Hinderliter, who died three years ago. She was a member of the First Methodist Church in Reynoldsville. Before moving to Reynoldsville 33 years ago the Hinderliters had resided in the Dayton and Ringgold areas. Mrs. Hinderliter leaves one son, Paul J. of Niagara Falls, NY, a daughter, Mrs. Carl L. (Behya) Brocious, of Reynoldsville, and the following brothers and sisters: George Yarger, of Johnstown, James Yarger of Brandy Camp, Albert Yarger, of the Oak Ridge and Mrs. James Gaston, of Punxsutawney.
