JOYCE MARIE GIESER 03/30/1925 ~ 02/01/2009 Joyce passed away after a fight against congestive heart failure at the age of 83. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Ralph H. Gieser, and her granddaughter Maggie Marie Jobst. Joyce will be greatly missed by her daughter Linda Marie and son-in-law Walter Sendziak of Norco, as well as her daughter Joan Helen and son-in-law Douglas Jobst of Tijeras, NM. She was also loved by her grandchildren, Brianna Sendziak of Valencia, Kassandra Sendziak of Norco, Sean Sendziak and his wife Allison of Temecula, and Justin Jobst and his girlfriend Megan of Imperial Beach. Joyce cherished and enjoyed her great-grandchildren, Kylie and Trenton Ralph Sendziak and was so grateful for the time they had together. She is also survived by her sister Dorothy Walje of Phoenix and her nephews Mat and Scott Taylor, Mat's wife Michelle, and her great-nephew Charlie. Joyce worked as a bookkeeper in Carlsbad for TryJ Advertising as a valued employee and friend before retiring to River Run Apartments in Corona in 2006, where she enjoyed her new neighbors and friends. She especially enjoyed Wednesday Night Bingo. Joyce will be interred alongside Ralph at Riverside National Cemetery on Feb. 20th in a private service for family members. Her life will be celebrated at a memorial luncheon for friends and family in her honor on Sunday Feb. 22nd. We would like to thank Hospice of Corona for their extraordinary help over the past several weeks and Eastvale Meadows in Corona for their loving care and support. Her family and friends will forever miss her and cherish her love of life and all the great memories we have created through our years together.
