Per 1900 US Census (Philadelphia Ward 16, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania):
Fred was the son of Fred (age 40, a brewer) & Minnie (age 37) Buckhalter, and sibling of Mary (age 9) & Minnie (age 6) Buckhalter.

Per 1910 US Census (Philadelphia Ward 16, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania):
Frederick A was the son of Frederick (age 49, a brewer) & Minnie (age 46) Buckhalter, and sibling of Marie A (age 18) & Minnie K (age 16) Buckhalter.

Per WWI Draft Registration Card:
Date of Birth; Full Name; and his father was Frederick Buckhalter;

Per 1920 US Census (Philadelphia Ward 43, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania):
Resided with his sister's family (Charles (age 31), Marie A. (age 28) & Mildred E Kreutzer (age 4-1/2); and his father (Fredrick (age 59, widow, brewer).

Per 1930 US Census (Towamencin, Montgomery, Pennsylvania):
Fred A Buchhalter was residing with and the son-in-law of Anna Danzeisen (head of household), husband of Anna Buckhalter (Daughter of head of household) and brother-in law of Frank & Margaret Danzeisen (son & daughter-in-law of head of household); Occupation was listed as "United Presby. Minister".

Per WWII Draft Registration Card:
Date of Birth; Full Name; His wife was Anna Buckhalter & his employer was Fifth United Presbyterian Church.

It is unsure where his wife, Anna (nee Danzeisen) Buckhalter, is buried; but the obituary for her is:

Anna L. Buckhalter, 86, who spent her life in church work, died Thursday at Quakertown Manor. A former resident of Philadelphia and Fall River, Mass., she lived in Lansdale.
A graduate of Philadelphia High School for Girls and Philadelphia School of the Bible, she worked closely with her husband, the late Rev. Fred A. Buckhalter, in pastorates in the Philadelphia area over a 25-year period. She worked in the children's and music departments at the churches and frequently spoke before women's groups.
In 1955, she and Mr. Buckhalter accepted assignment to the Fall River United Presbyterian Church in Fall River, Mass. When her husband died there in 1959, she returned to Lansdale.
Survivors: a brother, Frank B. Danzeisen.
Services: 11 a.m. Monday, Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home, Lansdale.
