Stephanie and Aimee's good friend. Originally named Baby Huey, Kiki was adopted by Aimee from a vet in Yuba City as a companion for Legolis; as cats will often do, however, he decided that he would take Stephanie as at her house he could be an outside cat and the neighborhood sock-thief. Kiki quickly took over but kindly allowed others to live in his home. Totally devoted to his mother he always met her car when she got home from work and was ever ready with help and advice when she was on the computer. When he met me in October of 2009 there was an instant bond as black cats can spot fans of Edgar Allan Poe; in October 2010 he moved to Virginia and adapted as soon as he got in the door, ruling the house he was good enough to share with us. Kiki had few faults, was always faithful, and even deigned to let Stephanie use his computer and share his pillow at night. When the end came with feline leukemia it was mercifully quick. He kept his dignity to the last moment...we shall miss our friend.
