John Alanson Walker, Jr., (1835-1864), enlisted in the military in 1861, and honorably served as a soldier in the Civil War. He gave his life in service of his country, dying in 1864.
John A. Walker, Jr., was the beloved son of John Alanson Walker, Sr., (1809-1882), and his first wife, Chloe Sophia Harden Walker (1810-1848).
