Mrs. Barbara Schwalbe, nee Kaestner, wife of Ernst Schwalbe, living about 3 miles southeast from here, died Sunday night after a short illness of pneumonia, at the age of about 47 years. Mr. Louis Kaestner, of the Huson Brothers and Timm Company is a brother of the deceased.
She is survived by her husband and six children as well as several brothers and sisters.
The funeral was held here yesterday.
