Wichita, Kans. - On Aug. 11, 2007, we lost one of the "good guys". Mikey passed away suddenly at the age of 45.
He was born on Feb. 21, 1962.

He is survived by his mother, Michele LaFlamme, his brother, David, his maternal grandmother, Betty LaFlamme as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Stanley and Helen Angeloszek; his father, Thomas Angeloszek; his maternal grandfather, Arthur LaFlamme; his uncle, Jim LaFlamme; and his aunt, Patricia Dunion.

Mike was a native of Montville, moving to Kansas and attending KSU, where he played shortstop for the Wildcats. Mikey was an avid sports fan, loving his beloved Wildcats, the G-MEN and UConn, but his heart and soul belonged to the Red Sox which brought about many "debates" with his Uncle Petie. Needless to say, he was beyond ecstatic in '04 when the Sox won it all.

Mike will be sadly missed but never forgotten by his family and friends,.

A graveside memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on October 6 at St. Patrick's Cemetery, Montville.
