Mrs Margaretta Howe is Bride in Weston Chapel
Mrs. Margaretta Howe,daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Owen Howe of the Boston Post Road,Weston,was a attractive bride at her marriage yesterday to Dr. Edwin A. Harper, son of Mr. and Mrs. Eugene H. Harper of Bedford, Va. The four o'clock ceremony in the Unitarian Chapel of Weston was preformed by the Rev.Palfrey Perkins of Kings Chapel, and was followed by a reception at the home of the bride's parents.
Old Family lace and a veil of lace were worn by the bride with her white satin gown, and she carried gardenias and lilies of the valley. Mrs. Louise Howe, her sister, and Miss Dorothy Hillies of Philadelphia were her attendants.
Their gowns were peach taffeta, worn with brown hats and accessories. Miss Helen Kendall of Walpole was the attractive flower girl.
Mr. Robert Harper was the best man for his brother, and the ushers were Mr. Richard Day of New York,Mr. James Hall of Pittsfield, and the bride's brother, Mr. Owen Howe Jr., of Weston. The bride is a graduate of Concord academy and received her degree from Radcliffe last June. Dr. Harper was graduated from Harvard Medical School.

Cambridge , Mass., June 23,-Edward Adams Harper, of Bedford,Va was among nearly 1,500 candidates to receive degrees at the end of the 231st year of Harvard University. Some 600 degrees were awarded undergraduates in the college, nearly 400 in law and medical graduates schools. Mr. Harper's degree was a B.S. from the college and carried with it highest honors as one of the most prominent members of the class!
