Charles was the son of the late Henry and Amelia (Schubach)Sturm, he was the second child out of seven children.
Married: Gertrude Rae Miller (my great grandmother) on Dec 27, 1913 in Bad Axe and they had three
Children: Infant Female(1914), Don Henry(1916), Onley Jane(1918) and Charles Ray(1919).
Gertrude died in 1944

3rd Marriage: Iva Leinbach June 9, 1956 in Fl.
Survivors are his third wife; three grandchildren Cozette McCormick, Onalee Kervin and Don; and three brothers Edward, Leo and William.
He died at Schueurer Hospital in Pigeon. He was the owner of C.F. Sturm and Son Auto Sales from 1934 to 1973 and he was also a farmer. His grandfather August Sturm was a member of Ora Labora Colony which founded the first Methodist Church now located in Pigeon. He was a Civic leader.
Preceding him in death were his parents; first wife Gertrude; an infant daughter, son Charles and daughter Onley died June 6 & 7, 1921 from Scarlet Fever, and son Don(1963); one brother Paul(1952) and two sisters Maria Baur(1918) and Violet Wurtz(1951).
