Lorraine A. Robertson, 85, of Grand Forks, ND, died Sunday, March 4, 2012, in the Woodside Village, Grand Forks.

Lorraine Arline Koth was born on June 26, 1926 in Aneta, ND, the daughter of Fred and Emma (Kiefat) Koth. Lorraine grew up and attended school in rural Antea, ND.

She married Claude Robertson on December 29, 1946. Together they owned and operated the Baseview Café. Lorraine also worked for UND before retiring. In retirement, Claude and Lorraine enjoyed traveling and took many trips to Florida, Texas and California. They also enjoyed dancing, especially square dancing and polkas.
Lorraine was known for her delicious baking, her loving teases, her hugs and zest for life. She enjoyed sewing, putting puzzles together, taking walks hand in hand with Claude and watching rodeo's; but she especially enjoyed her time with all of the family together.

Lorraine is survived by her two daughters Karen (Terry) Pladson and Brenda (Greg) Lanes, four granddaughters Lori (John) Eken, DeDe (Troy) Coltom, Becky (Blaine) Keller, Tara (Jason) Gregory, one grandson Jake Lanes, ten great grandchildren Brett Eken, Jordyn Coltom, Garett Eken, Justin Keller, Abby Eken, Makayla Keller, Nick Coltom, Amanda Coltom, Brinly Gregory and Talan Gregory.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Claude; an infant son; sisters, Myrtle Tverberg, Alice Kresel and Arline Koth (Twin Sister); brothers, Alfred Koth, Robert Koth and Lester Koth.

Funeral Services: Thursday, March 8, 2012, 2:00PM, Mendenhall Presbyterian Church, East Grand Forks, MN.

Visitation and Prayer Service: Wednesday, March 7, 2012, 5:30-7:30 PM, Mendenhall Presbyterian Church. A prayer service will take place at 7PM in the church.

Interment: Memorial Park South Cemetery, Grand Forks.
