Funeral services will be held for Mark Kenneth Adkins, 55, at Cotton Valley United Pentecostal Church in Cotton Valley on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow at Cotton Valley Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Cotton Valley United Pentecostal Church in Cotton Valley from 4 until 8 p.m. today (Monday April 23, 2012).
Mr. Adkins was born August 29, 1956. He entered into rest on April 21, 2012 in Arcadia.
The family would like to recognize the wonderful staff at Willow Ridge Nursing Home, as well as that of Caring Hearts Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Shreveport.
