Grace later moved to Hayesville in Clay County NC, There she met and married Floyd William Ledford later divorced. They are the parents of four children: Bruce and Ruth of Greybull, Kenneth deceased, Floyd and Colleen of Midvale, Utah; and David and Gaye of Murray Utah. In July 1950 Grace and her four sons moved to Otto, WY in Bighorn County. She was married to William J Ericksen in 1950, who presceded her in death. They are the parents of two children; Joel and Phyllis of Wellington KS and Randy and Marcia of Holliswood, NY.
In 2000 she married Marvin Ravens. In addition to her six children Grace is the grandmother of 20 grandchildren, two of whom preceded her in death. 31 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren. In addition to those mentioned she is also preceded in death by her parents, brothers Floyd Edmond Carringer, Ora Jay Carringer and William Gardner Millsaps; sisters Faye Carringer Wilma, Hazel Millsaps and Rena Bristol. She is survived by her sister Violet Abernathy.
She worked for several years at the Soldiers and Sailors Home in Buffalo
